The only time you really see it is if you have it selected. I worry about mine getting stolen too, but its kind of a major PITA to get the unit out if you havent done it a bunch of times , so your typical smash-n-grab stereo thief is probably going to leave it alone.
In my case I always put my club on too, so thats sort of a psychological deterrent as well. As I understand it, the club is really largely just an inconvenience deterrent.. My only worry would be it getting stolen. A schnazzy system like that is bound to attract thieves. Anyone know if the factory system detects glass breakage, or is it just doors opening?
